Town of Milton Rebranding
In this project I was tasked with rebranding the Town of Milton. I spent time researching what the town is known for and sketching out what would best represent what the town has to offer. Milton is home to the largest nature reservation near Boston, called the Blue Hills. The town is also rich with American history, it being one of the early towns settled in the U.S. The logo design is inspired by the rolling blue hills, the tone of blue reflecting Milton’s affluent community and rich emphasis on education. The use of Century Old Style is reflective of a modern Milton; rich roots in history, a classic and reliable font, derived from Century. Crafted in early American typographic history, Century Old Style is ruggedly simplistic and works across mediums, attracting a wide range of people. 2022
